3D BUILDING SERVICES

We provide an efficient and cost effective 3D model building service. Our speciality is in creating intelligent 3D Building Information Models (BIM) for coordination, collaboration and facilities management (FM). We have considerable project experience and can work from PDF's or 2D CAD drawings. Our modellers are experienced with a wide range of 3D CAD software. Our policy is to ensure that clients are never 'locked in' and have the option of sharing their data with a wealth of consultants to provide analysis services. Before delivery we check our models for accuracy and integrity using cutting edge checking software from Solibri; essential if the information is to be used as a true BIM. Because we understand that your models will be used for communication and collaboration, we will deliver them with a powerful free to use IFC viewer and an accompanying .NWD and .DWF file for NavisWorks and Autodesk viewers. We provide turnkey FM and asset models for new-build or existing projects where the M&E and key assets are pre-linked to the ArTrA FM system together with asset documentation.
