Delivery Policy

Whenever we are engaged on a project we strive to deliver your model in a variety of formats so that you may get the most value from it. We recognize that not all of the stakeholders working on your project will have access to a CAD system and so there is a need to provide the model in other formats to facilitate communication. To help you achieve this we will deliver:

1) The CAD file in DWG or DXF
2) A DWF file so it may be opened in Autodesk's DWF viewer and Synchro
3) An IFC file so that the model may be used for BIM analysis
4) An IFC viewing file in Solibri so that it may be reviewed and model-checked
5) An NWD file so the model may be reviewed in NavisWorks

We are members of the building Smart alliance and believe that 3D models should be used for communication and collaboration and so we deliver as a matter of course the files in IFC format - the ISO BIM standard. This policy enables you to pas the model in IFC format to any number of consultants who operate various analysis packages.
