Our modelling service caters for all types of architectural buildings ranging from single 'new-build' dwellings, refurbishments, through to larger construction projects. We can handle any type of project including:

No matter what the size the project is, our modelling team can produce an outstanding 3D model to the highest quality and accuracy. A two storey new-build single dwelling can be 'turned around' within a week and is priced accordingly. We use the latest in 3D BIM software and, if required, can produce working drawings that are guaranteed 100% accurate to the model we have built. These include plans, elevations, sections, details and perspective views. We can also provide you with a Bill of Materials for costing purposes so you can save considerable man-hours. If we have built your 3D model, then our costs for producing a photo-realistic rendering of the project will be extremely competitive.

If the design is changed to reflect planning requirements or client’s request, then we can update your model quickly and efficiently, plus re-produce the entire set of drawings. The same will apply for smaller 'detail' changes that affect window specifications etc. We understand that your models will be used for communication and collaboration and so we will also deliver the models with a powerful free to use IFC viewer allowing you to share your model with whoever you choose.
